  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please note they may vary depending on the carrier.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Issues & Delays

  • Pajama Pottery Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at pajamapottery@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup (Optional)

  • If you are local to Kennebunk Maine, you may email us for a local pickup code so you don't have to pay shipping.
